Hi I have irritable bowel syndrome from 4 months but I taken medicine it little cured but not yet fully cured please give me suggestions for quick relief. I am already using allopathic medicine like veloz-d, rawin-d, vitazyme etc now 1-2 times going motions. But before gone 4-5 times now better.
