Dear Rahul, The doctor who prescribed would have given instructions to you. Please follow it. It depends on how much you are suffering and what important life events you are avoiding. Since you are young, it is better to take it only when it is absolutely needed, like a viva voce examination, an important job interview, etc. Please find a non medical treatment to manage your anxiety.

Sir, your doctor must have informed you. Please consult your psychiatrist for your anxiety issues, taking untimely medications could worsen your anxiety rather than to treat it.

Dear sir, please confirm with your doctor the exact dose and number of times it is to be taken. A word of caution: never self medicate. Always be clear of the dosage. Confirm with the doctor who prescribed it other solutions for anxiety are talk therapy, relaxation techniques and deep breathing.
