Hello lybrate-user you need to get your teeth cleaning and polishing done. It is the sign of pyorrhoea or gum infection due to pan masala chewing. And you also need to leave this habit because subsequently it is going to lead to bigger problems. This cannot be cured through any toothpaste or any home remedy. You need to visit your dentist and get your teeth cleaned. As far as it comes to the toothpaste usage, any fluoride containing toothpaste is best to be used, but at this stage before cleaning of teeth none of the toothpaste is going to help you. I would recommend you not to use any manjan because that is going to worsen your condition.

hello lybrate user.. I advice you to do scaling once then follow up after three months and then continue once a year.. try to stop chewing pan masala gradually.. brush your teeth thrice a day, because you will have stains of pan.. use dental floss. use mouth wash.. the stains and weaker gingiva will gradually subside and get better... the space between tooth is due to the calculus deposits.. regarding food lodgement, I advice you to take an orthopantamogram ...because of dental caries, food lodgement occurs.. thank you..
