Ayurveda has good permanent solution for your problem. Use/apply purodil ointment (it is from aimil company) at bed time and wash with cold water. Take some medicines like kaishore guggle one bd with purodil syrup (2 spoons) with water twice in a day. I believe you do not have any other health problem. So take balance diet with plenty of water and citrus fruits (i. E. Oranges, mosoomies, etc.) - your problem may go in a month. Please update after taking above prescription for a month.
