I always feel the fear of getting heart attack from last 8 years and started getting panic attacks so I started spenzo 1 mg from last 8 years but my anxiety increased so no I started daxid 50. I always had a hyper acidity and heart burn every day but now after taking daxid 50 I do not feel acidity no heart burn why I am not feeling acidity as I feel like stomach feel heavy but I do not feel acidity or stomach pain why?

It looks like you are disappointed!!! Just be happy that you do not have acidity and stomach pain. If you expect it, it may actually manifest itself by autosuggestion. Even you panic attacks, anxiety, acidity, and heart burn may all be due to your fear o0f it. This is the power of your mind. I advise yo to seek the help of a counselor and change your thoughts into positive and cheerful ones. Also it will be very useful to learn how to deal with fear, not to avoid it. What you resist, persists. You can live a totally happy life minus all these ailments if you choose to think differently and deal with your basic fear.
