Doctor I have slightly swollen epitrochlear lymph nodes. My body temperature fluctuates between 97.8 �f to 98.8 �f.yesterday I did cbc blood test. Rbc,wbc, total platelet counts, haemoglobin all were normal. Only mpv, platelet distribution width (pdw) and esr was high. My total platelet count is 187*10^3 (ref range is 150-410. My mpv is 14.70 fl (reference range for it as given in report is 6.78-13.46).my pdw is 30.20 (ref range given by lab is 9.0-17.0).my esr is 26 (ref range given by lab for under 50 male is 0-18. Anything serious doctor? I am worried.
