Hi I am a male 25 I have wrist pain from hitting a heavy bag my hand wraps were lose at the time when I was training but day after my workout I am experiencing pain (right hand) it's not severe so I tried some of the stretching exercises I saw on youtube but it relieves only for a minute or two after that the pain is still there so can you please tell me what to do to make it normal again or does it resolve itself if it does how long is it going to take to heal.
