Gentamycin injection for 5 days3. Blumox capsules4. Alkasol syrupapart from these medicines, I have taken the below in past: 1. Allegra2. Cansoft suppositories3. Urispas4 Uriliser syrupunfortunately nothing is helping me. Please suggest is it something very serious. I am sexually inactive now.

Please note the following in respect to your queries: One of the first things to do when you have a urinary tract infection is to drink plenty of water, doctors will tell you. That?s because drinking water can help flush away the bacteria that's causing your infection. This puts you on the right track for recovery. How much should you drink? Aim for half of your body weight in ounces of water, up to 80 ounces (oz) a day. When you have a UTI, caffeine, alcohol, spicy food, nicotine, carbonated drinks, and artificial sweeteners can irritate your bladder further. This makes it harder for your body to heal. Focus on healthy foods, such as high-fiber carbohydrates, which are good for your digestive health. Lifestyle changes matter because they can help you recover from a UTI and might prevent another infection: Quit smoking Wear loose cotton clothing and underwear Wipe yourself clean from front to back Choose only fragrance-free personal hygiene products If you are having additional complaints such as white discharge - that needs to be treated. Homeopathic medicines are much effective in dealing with UTI - -do consult me privately for further treatment.

An urine culture and sensitivity is a must to pinpoint the infection. Antibiotics should be given accordingly only.
