My fiance is a 45 male who is healthy and is fully active due to his job that requires walking outside all day except when driving to a new location. The other day he heard a pop in his knee and since it's been extremely painful for him to move. It started to feel somewhat better yesterday in a pool, but he let the jets hit the pressure point behind the knee and it became painful again. Today he's not able to get out of bed and his thigh starts to have spasms when his leg is straight. The pain eases up when he props it up on his other foot with his leg slightly bent. He hasn't seen a dr, because he wasn't able to get down our stairs to go.
