I have hyperthyroidism and I am under medication, but I also want to do some physical exercises for it. What kind of physical exercise I need to do along with medicines? Will vocal exercise or singing help? Or simply cardiovascular or breathing exercise?

Hi singing and vocal exercises won't help. Cardio and breathing exercises are good for your body but they don't play any major role in hyperthyroidism.
