My baby is 3 months old he had diarrhea for 20 days and stool culture had ecoli. Hence, oflox antibiotic was given. After the medication the blood test was conducted and the blood test result shows WBC 7600. Crp is 0.2 but esr is 15 neutrophil count is very less and lymphocytes is high. I am attaching the blood report please check is this a kind of any problem or it is due to less immunity please guide me I am really worried. Is 15 esr is very high and how about neutrophils and lymphocytes please guide me.
