Hi, As packed or tinned juices contains preservatives, artificial agents, colouring agents, artificial sweetners thus it's not recommended to any person normally. One can have them occasionally or once in a blue moon, but try to avoid them as far as possible. So, better not to be given to a pregnant female. Natural, fresh juices extracted from the fresh seasonal fruits contains natural flavour, natural fructose (type of sugar found in fruits) as well as anti-oxidants which makes them strong preferences over packed ones! (But consume the fresh juice fresh only, i.e. immediately within few seconds after it's been extracted).
