Is it safe to take vitamins if i'm taking omega 3? If yes then which one? I've put up 30 kg in this covid lockdown and working from is a nightmare because my activity is absolutely nil except sitting in the chair for work for 9-10 hours. I've started my recovery as I used to train 2-3 years ago but due to lack of activity in almost 16 months it is quite hard for me to get going and vitamins supplement was helpful before I started omega 3. My reason for fatty acids is to heal the body and reduce bad cholesterol and gain strength. Help me.
