My hand got a nerve catch while doing something at home. Initial two days had stiffness in fingers. Took hot water massage and it was like completely vanished. Two weeks later now also sometimes pain comes here and there and goes. What should I do? Is it a muscular catch? Does it take time to heal completely?

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. A pinched nerve in your finger may cause symptoms like tingling, weakness, or pain. It's unlikely the pinched nerve is actually in your finger, however. The term pinched nerve indicates that one of your nerves is under pressure, injured, or damaged. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
