I have skin problems over 6 years and one doctor told that you have a protein problem. I have no money to bear the medical bills so please tell me how to gain proteins in body naturally.

You can get protein source from foods like fish,egg,lentil,tofu,mushroom,cottage cheese,nuts,seeds.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Avoid spicy and oily foods.Drink lots of water.And do regular exercise.
