Do exercise to get a healthy body.Use whole cream milk.Take 3-4pcs banana with other dense fruits.Take dense vegetables.Take whole wheat,whole grain.unrefined foods more.Eat more often.Add ghee,cream,cheese,butter, with food.Eat lots of protein to build muscle instead of just fat.Add more healthy fat in cooking.Take nuts and seeds extra.No water before and during meals.Drink water 3 lit/day.Take proper sleep.
