I am 64 years male. Nearly for last 1 year, I have problem of frequent urge for urination in night - off late have to wake up at an interval of 1 to 1.5 hours. In ultrasound my prostrate measures 57x39x36 mm approx. Volume is 43 cc. Psa total is 0.510. Is surgery necessary or medicine can cure.
