I feel laziness whole day even though when I get sleepiness more than 6 hours. What should I do?

Take proper diet and maintain a healthy body weight. Eat food more frequently and don't skip meals. Eat calorie rich foods like cake, pastries, chocolate, ghee, butter. Add cream with tea/coffee. Take whole cream milk. Use weight gainer supplement. Take protein rich foods. Use good fats like olive oil, canola, coconut, refined vegetable oil, almond, walnut, sunflower seed, flax seed in excess amount. Drink lots of water. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take quality sleep.
