I am a 25 year old female. My periods are regular, last for 3 days but the amount of blood has reduced (than what it was 6 months back). Bleeding is dark red and has clots. I suffer from bloating, indigestion and on-off left flank pain. I will go for usg a week later. I google my symptoms and it's just bringing up the worst case scenarios. I am down with worry. Could it be ovarian cancer?
