From last six months i'm suffering with random puss forming in corner of lower jaw which causing pain in head and my eyes are becoming reddish, recently I went to hospital (dental, there in scanning it showed that there is wisdom teeth growing in corner of lower jaw and doctor suggested to go with surgery and mentioned that there will be nerve damage while going through surgery. I need to know that there will be any effect on eyes and nerve while I go through surgery.

There will not be any effect on the eye after the surgery. Paraesthesia (numbness ), due to nerve damage is very rare, temporary and only occurs in 0.5-0.9% of wisdom tooth surgeries. You can only wait and see what manifests. While waiting, it is important that you don't stress, which may be quite hard. Try to think positively about the outcome.
