Hello, no not at all. You can take 650 three to four times. Note if allergic to paracetamol is an exception.

Dear User, there should be a gap of at least 6 hrs between each dose along with proper meals. Maximum can be 6 tablets or less. However once is fine but it should not be on a regular basis. If you found my answer helpful, please leave a Positive feedback as it helps me with my Practice. Thank you.
