Hello doctor mujhe kareeb 10 saal se gas, acidity, indigestion ki problem hai, pet hamesha phoola aur tanao rehta h pet me, heart beat tezz rehti hai, aur kabhi halka chakkar bhi aata hai, main kai doctor ko dikha chuki hoon but ye cure nhi ho raha. Pet poora clear bhi nhi hota subah me. Please help.

Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up).
