What is the best lab test to ascertain that whether someone is having gluten allergy or not? If one test is not enough to make analysis and if it requires the combination of tests then please share it with me. Though, I am aware of ttg iga test, I do not know whether this one test is enough to make final conclusion or as I have mentioned above that one needs to get 2 to 3 tests combined to get complete satisfaction. So, please tell me about it and your suggestions.

Tissue transglutaminase antibodies (ttg-iga) ? the ttg-iga test will be positive in about 98% of patients with celiac disease who are on a gluten-containing diet. genetic testing for human leukocyte antigens (hla-dq2 and hla-dq8) can be used to rule out celiac disease.
