I'm having problem with my ear of fullness sometimes feeling noise and dizziness frequently. Im not hearing normally with my right ear. I hv already consulted ent specialists bt it comes back, how to get rid of this problem permanently. And y doesn't it happen again and again wt precautions I hv to take.
