I have had a stress test (9 months ago-normal), echo (1 year ago-normal), ekg (2 weeks ago-possible left atrial abnormality, right axis deviation, incomplete rbbb, right ventricular hypertrophy-with deep s waves but doctor said normal), and a heart monitor for 3-4 days (5 months ago- normal). I was born with noonan's so I am worried about congenital heart defect/disease. I get left sided chest pain, sweating, sob (sometimes random gasping for air), jaw pain, palpitations, arm achy/numbness/tingling (mostly left arm), back pain, shoulder pain, lightheaded, and tremors. I get these symptoms at rest, while doing exercise, and sometimes wake up in the middle of night sob. They symptoms come and go. Sometimes my heart rate will randomly spike to 140. I also have 134 ldl cholesterol but overall cholesterol is under 200. Doctors/cardiologist say this is non cardiac. Should I be concerned?
