I am pcos patient and I am suffering from some spotting and heavy flow continuously for 5-6 months right now am taking crina ncr 10 mg but still having spotting and allot of cramps. What should I do? Should I double the cream ncr dosage like 2 times a day or should I take meftal spas?

The 10 mg dose is not sufficient. U wil hv to increase the dose. Mefttal wil not help.

If you're still having spoting take tab crina ncr twice daily .for cramps you can take tab meftal spas sos. If still no relief in cramps and spotting then get your ultrasound done.
