I have thyroid (tsh) level 5.19 and prolactin level is high 180 and I am taking medicines for it cabergoline and thyroxynm 25 mg what should I do if I need to get pregnant next month and I had my periods yesterday (16/11/2020) when I need to have intercourse. I am having severe pain while inserting during intercourse what should I do to get rid of this pain.

Prolactin more than 100 needs to do MRI pituitary MRI as there is high risk of having pituitary tumour. Pain during intercourse may be because of lack of lubrication or endometriosis. Therefore, you need to do 1) Brain MRI for pituitary gland, 2) Gynaecological examination.
