I am 16 years old boy. I suffered from covid and them immediately cough uti and orchitis. The orchitis problem got resolved and even my urine reports came normal but then also I am having pain in my pelvis ,groin ,right lower abdomen on movement and exertion from past 25 days and a sharp pain near the base of penis on erections and recently developed pain in right flank and lower back some what that of a muscular pain. I am very much frustrated ,not able to perform my daily chores since last 60 days. please guide me. I don't even know the cause of this pain which makes me more frustrated the doctor gave me cranfit, nortriptyline and pregabalin tablets and asked me to take it for one month .18 days of treatment have passed but there is no improvement in pain. I feel really very helpless it is becoming very difficult for me to sit at one place for such a long time .i am not able to tolerate this torture .plz help me out.
