I am 25 years and married, I haven?t not seen my period since 10 months now and I have take several pregnancy tests, they are negative, apparently not seeing my period is hindering my conceiving. Please help.

Were your periods regular before this? It can be because of hormonal imbalance. Get your thyroid profile, cbc, fsh, prolactin, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab.
