I have been suffering from pe & ed for a long time. I have taken various ayurvedic medicines like confido, neo, speman etc. As course of 3 months & more. But no such significant progress has been seen. My love life is in danger for this. Sometimes I feel depressed. My testosterone level is ok. I don't have any diabetes. But I can't stop the urge to pee sometimes. Sometimes I have to go for pee after around 1 hour for the whole night. I have experienced to pee inside the pant sometimes. I have tried kegel exercises, but not working. I am very depressed now. Tadafil works, but it cures only ed, but no result in pe, which occurs within the very moment of insertion. please Help me to save my family life and myself.

1. Deep breathing take deep breaths and hold your breath for 5 second between each inhalation and exhalation. 2. Squeeze method to do this, squeeze the head of the penis when you are at the brink of your orgasm. 3. Stop and start method once you are close to your orgasm, stop the simulation. To limit the anxiety, practise running, dancing or strength training exercise before you are about to copulate. And then take a bath with lukewarm water.
