I've skin allergy on my hand. It's gets itchy with alot redness and water filled tubercles filled all over my hands. I'm not sure if it's eczema or something else. First my hands get filled with alot tubercles with allot of redness and then after a week my hand gets dry and the skin starts tearing and then again I get it and the process continue thrice then my hands starts to get normal but after few months I again get allergy on my hands. It's soo irritating i've been using eczema lotions and anti allergic tablets but it's not working out. Please tell me what I need to do?

It can be because of dermatitis/ eczema or allergy or dryness or fungal infection or psoaiasis etc. I need details of case n preferably pics of affected area.
