Hi i'm 28 and have a high fiber diet that consists of 3 shakes/day with 1 cup of oats, 3/4 cup split peas, 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, 4 tbs of flax seeds, half carrot, and 50 grams of red cabbage. Then I eat one regular meal for dinner. I want to eat primarily plant based but I have loose stools and a lot of gas. I don't have pain ever, but i'm wondering what adjustments you can recommend for normal stools? I drink lots of green and mint tea throughout the day.
