Dear doctor, I am a 33 years old male of 73 kg weight, sometimes I gets bleeding from my left nose for few seconds. I noticed this was happening whenever I am over stressed due to job and lack in sleep, after a head bath this is happening few minutes later. Is this normal or I need to take any specific consultation. Kindly advice me.
