I am having a slight pain in the tip of my penis but there is no pain or burning sensation while urinating. What might be the reason and what is the remedy for this?

Hello- it can be due to impacted kidney stone or urinary tract infection. Treatment depends upon the diagnosis, so go for urine test and abdominal ultrasound first.
