Hi I am 26 year old, from the last 3 days I am suffering from fever and a bit of cough, on the first day when I got to know that I have fever, then I consumed (dolo650) twice a day after food, whenever I take medicine fever goes down but again it comes up after few hours. Should I also take any kind of antibiotic with dolo650, please recommend, and I will definitely go for the cavity test day after tomorrow.

You are taking solo to cure fever but you are misinformed. solo just reduces body temperature for few hours. it has no effect on cause if fever. also if it is a vital fever then there is no use of taking antibiotics. This is where a role of doctors come. better consult and take proper treatment. also solo damages liver for your knowledge.
