Kindly visit the dentist before taking any medication as I don't knw d exact reason of having pain without looking. It may b due to caries or swelling in d gums and may b u require antibiotics along with the pain killer. For temporarily relief you can have tab zerodol pt. But this may not solve your problem permanently.
