If I sleep with fan full on during the night, I get headaches when I wake in the morning. The same happens if I AC is strong and I stay in that environment for more then 10 minutes. What may be the possible cause for this problem?

Hi, it could be because of migraine. In this situation there is dilatation of the blood vessels in the scalp which leads to pulsatile form of headache due to exposure in extreme temperature, too hot or too cold food, sudden flashy light exposure, loud sounds and sometimes some food items agravate or start headache. For this type of symptoms we should avoid such exposures and keep your head covered with some cloth or cap while sleeping. In rare conditions this sort of pain could be because of wrong posture of neck for long time in cold temperature. I hope this information will help you. Take care, have a nice day.
