Sir am 38 years male. Since last 3 days I felt whole body ache and severe weakness. On checking I found salmonella typhi positive at 1: 360. Kindly suggest medication.

S typhi positive at 1: 360 in india is definately nothing to be worried about. And in case your symptoms point towars typhoid we can get vidal test again. If there is an significant increase we may make the diagnosis but if it remains in this 1: 360 you definitely need not worry about typhoid. Please I need more information about symptoms and signs like fever, diarrhoea etc to comment anything on your weakness as there are many causes of genralised body ache.
