Dear lybrate-user definitely there is vitamin b12 deficiency which leads to all these test findings. It's called megaloblastic anemia and pancytooenia it's a completely curable condition. No need being tensed. Curable with vitamin b12 supplements. But before that what about her dietary habits, veg or non veg, about the mcv parameter in blood results. It will be really helpful for me if you could share the blood.
