Hello I am suffering from lips discoloration (redness on lower lip) I consulted a two different dermatologists first one said lips pigmentation like cheilitis and prescribed me to use belsonate cream and pacroma cream I used those medicines for 2 months my redness on lips has been reduced by 30-40% after 2 months I consulted same dermatologist again then she prescribed me to use hhsone lotion instead of belsonate cream I continued using those cream for 1 month but it has not improved only 40% improvement was seen so I consulted a different dermatologist and he told that it it lips vitiligo like that and he prescribed me to use flutivate cream and tacrolimus 0.003% cream now I can see some wht improvement again my question is will it spread (am having only redness)? Kindly tell me answer for this moreover is it 100% curable?
