Hlw sir I can't understand what types of sexual problem I have. I am 30 years old unmarried. Some times I sex with my girlfriend, when I touch her and starting foreplay my sperm come out with in 30 second but I can't stop I continue with her, next ejaculation is very delay. Duration is 1'30 minutes to 2 hrs. And 2nd thing is in 24 hours my penis erect 3to 4 hours because lots off sexual thought. I taken lots of medicine like ashwagandha, mukuna,shilajit, gokhsura,allopathy -fluoxetine ,alprazolam ,l-arginine and multivitamin. But no effect in duration .and I take daily raw garlic, black pepper, black seeds, cinnamon,turmeric with ,500 mg vit c .i gain extreme energy but fast attain always 30 seconds. Even after taken short acting ssri before sexual intercourse .what is my problem? Please explain.
