I had fever for 3 days and it got suppressed after taking dolo, but there was heavy weakness even after that for more than 3 weeks, so I went to test for malaria and thyroid, after getting the results, the widal came positive 1: 160 for typhi o and 1: 80 for typhi h. I took cefix, pantosec and dolo for 5 days. There is heavy weakness and back pain, can someone please suggest any remedies further.

Take dolo 650 for back pain and vitamin b complex. You have not mentioned about cefix dose. Consult your doctor further.

1.typhi o can be positive in malaria and other viral illness. 2.only o positive and h neg warrants repeat widal/dengue serology and smears+card test for malarial parasite 3.routine blood and urine evaluation can provide greater insight to the cause of fever.
