Hello lybrate-user ji. Nothing to worry. It happens just keep calm. Many times ever after rct the tooth have pain or tenderness when it touches opposite tooth. This doesn't imply tooth has increased its size but yes if you don't have proper opposing tooth then tooth tends to extude due to lack of opposing force.
