I am 20 years old having a skin infection problem from 4 months. Ringworm on my private part and anal area. I applied creams like derma 5 sapat lotion sapat malam. But no use it stops till I use it after the problem starts again. Out of frustration. I applied dettol liquid on my private part and anal area it was burning but I keep it around 30-40 min and then washed it. All my skin is burned and the testis skin is peeling off. I am in terrible pain. The new skin below the surface is reddish. I feel a lot of pain when the affected area of testis skin comes in contact on brushes against my underwear please help me from this problem ring worm and skin burn.
