I am suffering from osteoarthritis for 15 years. I have pain in whole body and at present acute cervical pain in neck and head. Unable to sleep at night. Already taking petril and pexep tablets for depression and size 10, cobal d3, nervita max, phlogam, sumoflam tablets. No respite from pain, weakness, tiredness and nausea. I am 51 years old and 75 kg weight. Kindly prescribe good medicine for relief from cervical pain, headache, nausea and stiffness.

Might need to add other medications long term pain won't go with plain nsaid.
