I have knee pain problem since 3-4 years but it was ok now a days and even I was able to sit cross leg for 4-5 minutes as I am doing yoga regularly. Two days before I was sitting crossed leg and when I tried to get up, some acute pain started from back side of knee. It is still persisting instead of local application and massage. I wanted to avoid painkiller but now there is pain inside the knee also and stiffness in my leg also with pain. Can someone help me with a remedy pl.

Hi Suman. Sitting crossed legs is not good position for the legs and now as you have pain in back of the knee i will suggest you few exercises that helps reduce pain. If possible take TENS therapy for 5 days. 1. Lget Lift 2. Hamstring Stretch 3. Hamstring Curls 4. Steps up. These are the exercises for reducing pain and also gives strength to knee joint as well. follow up if any. Thank you.
