Hi! in my childhood we used to eat fresh milk malai everyday with roti or as plain. Now after almost 14 years, I again feel strong craving for fresh malai. I started cravings around last six months n noticed that I put lot of fat around my waist n tummy n but. So I stopped eating it. But now when I started exercising, I could not resist myself from eating it. Is it harmful for health or harmful for fat loss. Please suggest.
