Good day! please what could be the result of waking up every midnight to eat, what could lead to this and what will be the effect on the person, or is not a problem? Thanks!

Hello this is not a good habit as eating so late at night doesn't allow the body to digest the food properly and you will start gaining weight and other health issues. You should eat your last meal 2 hrs before going to bed. Having a glass of milk at night will help you to sleep well.
