pcod is not very easy to handle with just 3 cycles of dronis. it's something which needs lifestyle changes on daily basis. For 5.6 75 kg is high and hypothyroidism should be well controlled

Hi. I understand your problem. Pcod is very difficult to be treated. There is no particular treatment for it. Still research is going on. But there are few combination drugs like hormonal and non hormonal treatment shows few symptoms improved. - life style modification is very important. Eating healthy (low fat, oily food and avoiding fast food etc) and doing exercise for 1-2 hours everyday.-ur over weight according to your height bhoomi. U should reduce minimum 4 -5 kgs to improve pcod and regularise your cycles. But overall you should come to 65 kgs atleast. I need few more details to treat you. And please don’t get stressed out it ll take time and mainly depends on how you change your lifestyle. That is more important. - I need few investigations thyroid test, cbp and usg pelvis scan. Follow up with these tests then we can plan your treatment accordingly.
