Hello, doctors. My right side testicle is swollen. Not the whole testicle, but the back side (epididymis). It is swollen for over 2 years, and I didn't feel pain. Sometimes I feel a little pain, especially when I masturbate, and it lasts for 1 to 2 days. Now I have pain that started a week ago, but it's not too much. I feel uncomfortable in that area. Also, the sensitivity of the right testicle is lower than the left. I'm afraid that it is testicular cancer. I've never been to hospital in the past 2 years to check this out. Please tell me what it is. It was left untreated for 2 years. If it is cancer, can I be still alive? Or is it any other problem?
